Open positions in novel facial biometrics

Prospectives trainees, PhD students and Post Doc.

We are looking for highly motivated persons with a master degree in communications engineering or related fields, strong mathematical, signal/image processing and programming skills. The positions are funded by several competitive European and National R&D projects. The general research topic is Digital Image/Video/3D Analysis within the context of Novel Facial Biometrics & Security (from Video and/or using 3D, video surveillance and privacy, soft biometrics). The exact research topic of the new researcher will be chosen so as to match his/her experience aiming at maximum productivity.
Start Date: 1st JAN 2013
Duration: Three years (for Ph.D).
